1 - Managing your Account
How do I set up my merchant account?
To set up your merchant account, visit the registration page on our website, fill in the required information, and follow the steps to complete your account setup
Can I sell as an individual or do I need a business license?
You can sell as an individual or as a company
How long does it take to approve my account?
Typically, it takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the speed of document review
Why was my account registration rejected?
Unclear or incomplete documents, providing incorrect information, Issues with matching the bank account or unapproved product portfolio
Why was my merchant account suspended? How can I restore it?
Customer complaints, violating platform policies, shipping delays or products not matching the description. To restore the account: Contact support and provide a plan of action outlining how you will resolve the issue
2 - Products & Markets
How do I upload my products?
Go to your account, you will find the products tab in your account menu. Simply click on it and start adding your products by filling each required field
How can I find my products market category?
When you start adding your products, you will find the Links tab, inside you will be bale to choose or add the category that best suits your products
Why are some of my products deactivated or disabled after being listed?
Violating product policies (e.g., incorrect images), Incomplete or inaccurate information, and customer complaints. Please check the list of banned products on Fillmarket
How can I manage my inventory?
You can manage your inventory through your merchant dashboard. You will find the PRODUCT LIST tab, click on it and adjust your stock levels for each product and set alerts for low inventory.
Who keeps the products?
You! we make sure that your products are safe in your own warehouse or storage place to deliver it safely to your customers
Is there any fees regarding product count?
Your first 500 products are free, as for 501 products & above, we will charge you a one time fee based on your product count. Please check product count charges fees table
Can I offer discounts or promotions?
You can create product discounts and promotions through your dashboard. You can set specific discount percentages, generate coupon codes, and schedule promotions for specified dates.
3 - Orders & Logistics
What happens when I receive an order?
You will get an order notification that you have to accept by changing the product status to APPROVED BY MERCHANT. Once you do that, out logistics team will get notified and go pick up the order from your assigned pickup location
What is the processing time for returns and refunds to customers?
7-10 business days
Who handles shipping?
Fillmarket does, we just want to make things easier for you and spare you the logistics hassle and follow ups
Do I get Fillmarket packaging material?
Yes, we will make sure you always have a good supply of our packaging material based on your product dimensions

5 - Business Tools & Analytics
How can I track my sales and performance?
You can track your sales and performance analytics through the reporting section of your account dashboard. You’ll find detailed reports on sales, customer behavior, earnings and more.
How can I improve my conversion rate from visitors to buyers?
This is our main job, we will do our best to improve your sales by constantly advertising and boosting our presence on search engines. However, there are many ways that you can implement to boost your own sales, your account manager will provide you with all these options as per your registration.
